Watermelon Discovery Week

This versatile fruit is being celebrated by Watermelon Board and StarChefs for Watermelon Discovery Week, and they asked chefs from across the country to create a special dish for the promotion.  We KNOW you are going to love our dish:

Watermelon & Dragon Fruit Salad with watercress, blackberries, Texas honey, lemon and oil, created by H Town Restaurant Group’s corporate chef Beatriz Martines.
